PERSONAL Jim is happily married for the past 30 years and the father of 3 young men who are his pride and joy. He is the Former Booster Club Head Wrestling Coach and has volunteered for Relay for Life, American Cancer Society, and Family Promise. He is a member and contributor to Wounded Warriors Project, and a Member of Carbon County Chamber of Commerce. Jim’s hobbies include cross training, weight training, golfing and reading.

Jim is a well recognized member of the local community and functions under the guidance of a knowledgeable, goal-oriented, and vibrant hands-on management team assisted by a seasoned and well-trained staff. Exceeding clients’ expectations, while tirelessly providing invaluable advice and service to both individuals and businesses, are the hallmarks of The Jim Christman Team at Keller Williams Real Estate.

Meet Leah

Leah Jones

Since the age of 10 Leah began to develop her love for real estate. She would accompany anyone she could searching for homes and would spend countless hours looking at houses on the internet. This passion has stuck with her from childhood through adulthood!

After graduating college with her Paralegal degree, she practiced Bankruptcy and Criminal Law. She decided to chase her dreams and got her Realtor license. For the past 4 years, she has assisted over 100 homebuyers purchase their new homes. As a Realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying process is fun, easy, and stress-free. She will help even after the transaction has concluded and she even became ordained so her past client could get married in their dream setting!

In her spare time, Leah enjoys fishing, hiking, baking and above all being a mom and spending time with her family.  She is her church’s Sunday school Superintendent and hosts the annual kid’s clothing swap at her church.

Fun Fact: Last year, Leah saved her homebuyers an average of 6.5% off of list price, way ahead of the market average.

Meet Zack

Zack Christman profile picture

Zack was born and raised in Palmerton, he graduated from Palmerton High School in 2015. Zack previously worked for Ashley Furniture as a warehouse associate. He graduated from Kutztown University in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Zack has always had an entrepreneurial mindset and has run side businesses as early as 15 years old! Zack has grown up in the world of real estate due to his father's lengthy experience as a real estate broker.

He is currently a Buyer's Agent for The Jim Christman Team at Keller Williams, the largest real estate company in the world. He enjoys fishing, being outdoors, golfing, and coaching wrestling.  

Meet Tammy

Tammy Suto profile picture

Tammy is a longtime resident of Palmerton, PA. A 1989 graduate of Palmerton Area High School, Tammy attended Lehigh Carbon Community College and went on to work in the insurance industry, both in Customer Service and as a Claims Adjuster, for Prudential Insurance Company.

Tammy enjoys being active in the community, having been involved with The Relay for Life for several years, heading various committees with the school PTO, and serving for many years as an officer with the Palmerton Youth Basketball Association.

For the majority of the past 20 years, Tammy has enjoyed being home with her two sons. With her eldest son, Joey, a college graduate and her youngest son, Josh, graduating high school and heading off to college, she was looking to re-enter the workforce. Upon successful completion of her Real Estate classes and both the State and National Real Estate exams, she chose to join The Jim Christman Team!

Tammy is excited to learn and gain everyday experience from a highly successful and proven Real Estate Team. In her free time, Tammy enjoys baking, cooking, and gardening. She also enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, Joe, and their two sons, hiking, biking and traveling.

 

 

 

Meet Armin

Armin Kapur profile picture

Armin was born in Hamburg, Germany and currently resides in Lehighton. He graduated from Palmerton Area High School in 2015, and continued his education at East Stroudsburg University where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in 2019.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Armin was a Schuylkill County Adult Probation Officer for over a year. Armin is excited to pursue his new career as a Real Estate Agent with a well-respected and reputable brokerage and is honored to team up with The Jim Christman Team.

Armin enjoys traveling, spending time with family & friends, going to the gym, and hiking with his German Shepherd. 

 

 

 

Meet Tiffani

Tiffani Christman Director of Operations

Tiffani Christman is a former Real Estate Closing Agent for Executive Settlement Services and currently holds her Real Estate License. Previous employment includes Director of Development at The Palmerton Hospital, Assistant to the General Manager at PenTeleData, Assistant to the President of the Palmerton Chamber of Commerce and the Owner & Manager of The Palmerton Hotel. Tiffani is an active community member and volunteer. She is a founding member of the Carbon County Community Foundation and founder of the Christman Team Cares Fund. Her involvement includes former board member for Family Promise of Carbon County, Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society. Also the former President of the Palmerton Youth Wrestling Association and past President, Treasurer, and Volunteer Coordinator of Palmerton Area High School Wrestling Parents Club. She also spear-headed and organized 'Save our Sports' SOS for the Palmerton School District. Tiffani's hobbies include scrapbooking, crocheting, entertaining, party planning, puzzles, reading, and spreadsheets! She loves her family, friends, and furry friends. Tiffani will incorporate all her areas of expertise in ways to best market your property and help get that SOLD sign in your yard!

 

 

 

Meet Jake

Jake Christman profile image

Jake is a Palmerton native and proud of it! He graduated from Palmerton Area High School in 2013. He received his Real Estate License at just 19 years old! Today, Jake is the Listing Manager for The Jim Christman Team at Keller Williams Real Estate, the largest real estate company in the world. Jake enjoys spending time with family and friends and, his black lab Boo.  He's talents expand to cooking, gardening, taking care of his aquariums and plants, and coaching wrestling for Palmerton Junior High School. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meet Mike

Mike Papay

Mike was born and raised in Palmerton and currently resides in Palmerton.  Mike is a father of four and is dedicated to his family and career.  Mike prides himself on building relationships with people with whom he works and providing a down to earth approach when working with customers.  Mike has been in the educational field for 15 years and is excited to gin his career in real estate.  Mike feels that his life experiences provide a strong foundation and he looks forward to working with you to achieve your real estate goals.  Mike is excited to work with the The Jim Christmas Team of Keller Williams Real Estate.  In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with family, continuing to learn and playing golf.

 

 

 

Meet Cheryl

Cheryl Listi Administrative Assistant with The Jim Christman Team at Keller Williams Real Estate

Cheryl was born and raised in Hamburg, PA, and currently lives in Palmerton.  For 20 years of her working career, Cheryl worked as a Bankruptcy Specialist for Santander Bank.  Today, she is one of the Administrative Assistants for The Jim Christman Team of Keller Williams Real Estate.   She loves her job and the Real Estate industry!  Cheryl is married and a mom of 4 girls and 3 boys.  She enjoys reading, baking, crafting, and spending time with her family in her free time.  Cheryl is also a proud grandmother to her two grandsons!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meet Heather

Heather Meyer Administrative Assistant The Jim Christman Team

Heather is originally from a small town in Virginia. Growing up in such a tight knit community taught her the value of loyalty and keeping your word. She moved to Palmerton 5 years ago and has fallen in love with the community. Heather is a proud mom of 2 beautiful daughters. Heather has been with The Jim Christman Team now more than 4 years, and is a Pennsylvania Licensed Notary which gives her the ability to do what she loves, helping clients with their paperwork.
